As Gwen explains the group's classes in cooking, housekeeping, child care, and budgeting, both Taffy and Putty become inspired to join and discover what it means to be part of building America's future through the strength of the home.

When Taffy and a friend attempt to learn ice skating on "unsafe" ice, their comical mishaps catch the eye of an impressario who sees star potential—and offers them a contract to perform at the Bonnie Brook Oval. What begins as a joke quickly becomes real when the girls must deliver an actual skating act in front of a crowd, leading to a wild, chaotic performance that's equal parts disaster and unexpected success.
