Ta-Ar #1

A 1980 Dargaud Benelux release, this Belgian edition launches the Ta-Ar series with "Het zwaard van Kran" — a tale whose title promises swords and adventure in a world all its own. The cover art is by Jaime Brocal Remohí, whose work also fills the interior pages alongside Claude Moliterni's writing. Unfortunately, no cover image is available to describe the scene, but this first issue marks a fine starting point for the series.
