Symbiote Spider-Man: Alien Reality #3

Peter David's Symbiote Spider-Man: Alien Reality takes a genuinely strange turn in issue #3, and Greg Land and Jay Leisten's cover captures the unsettling mood perfectly. Spider-Man appears draped in a sorcerer's red cape and golden gloves — the black symbiote suit fused with what looks unmistakably like Doctor Strange's mystic regalia — conjuring teal magical energy while floating skulls and a grotesque, red-eyed figure loom menacingly in the background.
