Although Harry, Barry and Larry had thrown Jim Dandy in a convenient canal, he is still among the living...thanks to three mysterious women who live in the sewer system, and a rubber flotation ring! "A" too has survived a mid-air jetcar explosion, and returned to interrogate Smiley Sincerity, who tells her that he was following the orders of the Rafia when he attempted to kill her and Jim.
