This anthology issue contains multiple romantic stories. The first story follows Fred, who discovers that the girl he saw at a restaurant is actually his sister Janet's best friend; after initially being torn between a letter from his ex-girlfriend Jim and his growing feelings, Fred ultimately chooses Janet. A second story, "Illustrated Great Love Poems by Percy B. Shelley," presents romantic poetry with accompanying illustrations of couples in idealized natural settings, including verses about fountains mingling with rivers and mountains kissing heaven.
