Sushi and Randi are officers of A.R.S.E. assigned to the Yoshitoshi Observatory, south of Tokyo Japan, where they transmit radio signals hoping to attract a response from extraterrestrial life forms. At the same time, Crown Prince Zyga of the planet Zygoria, with a crew in a bio-mech spacecraft at the edge of the solar system, intercepts Sushi's message. Zyga, who has never seen such creatures as Sushi and Randi, orders the spacecraft to Earth to capture both women for scientific study.
