Supreme Feature-Comic #2 is an anthology containing multiple stories. "Flash Fairfax, Flying Ace" follows a British Royal Air Force pilot selected for dangerous wartime missions who, after General Mackintosh is taken prisoner, undertakes a daring rescue operation involving maps and infiltration of enemy territory. "Barnacle Bill and the Bosun" is a comedic tale in which Cockey the Skipper punishes Barnacle Bill and the Bosun by locking them in the hold for a day, leading to their elaborate escape attempt involving a tar barrel. The issue also includes adventure stories such as one featuring jungle exploration and a search for a temple, and "Under Sealed Orders" by R.A. Makin, a naval tale in which Sub-Lieutenant Dick Stanners and Captain White command a submarine on a dangerous mission to penetrate enemy waters and discover Japanese fleet strength near Yokohama.
