“Superman Year One Part One Smallville”

In "Superman: Year One Part One Smallville," a young Clark Kent grapples with the weight of his alien origins while trying to fit in on Earth. Written by Frank Miller and illustrated by John Romita Jr., this story captures Clark’s formative years in Smallville, where he first learns to harness his powers—and discovers the courage to protect those he cares about. The emotionally grounded tale, enhanced by Danny Miki’s inks and Alex Sinclair’s colors, culminates in a pivotal moment at graduation, where Clark makes a life-changing decision. The cover, a striking collaboration by Miller and Romita Jr., captures the quiet intensity of a hero in the making.
