Superman and Steel's restoration of the Fortress of Solitude is complicated by Luna and her Cybermoths, who retrieve the Cyborg Superman from the dimensional rift into which Superman had thrown him. The Kandorian Cerizah arrives in time to neutralize the villain so Superman can aid Steel in dealing with Luna and her minions before completing their goal of recreating the Fortress.
