Superman and Conner try to figure out what reality Conner belongs in. Jon and Brainiac 5 arrive from the future for a visit. Perry White prepares to deal with the repercussions after the Planet has revealed that their owner Ms. Leone runs a criminal organization. Convening at the Hall of Justice with the scientific minds of the super-hero community, the heroes theorize that reality has been re-booted, and that Conner is from an earlier iteration of reality. However, when Superman brings Conner to the Kent farm, Jonathan and Martha suddenly remember their time spent raising Conner.
