In a tense coastal standoff, Batman and Police Chief James "Jim" Gordon await the arrival of a plane carrying the criminal Joe Angel—only to learn it’s crashed. As they prepare to respond, Aquaman emerges, claiming responsibility, and blocks Batman’s desperate attempt to reach the wreckage beneath the waves.

When a thief steals it, Ray pursues the culprit in his diminutive form, uncovering a spy ring that puts him in the crosshairs of a dangerous plot. Determined to keep the boy’s spirits up, Ray plays the role of the figurine himself, only to find that even playful antics can stir up trouble—especially when the likes of Superman (Figur), Batman (Figur), Blitz (Figur), Grüne Laterne (Figur), Falke (Figur), and Joe are nearby.
