In the third part of "Kinder des Universums," Superman Jr. stumbles upon an underground cryo-chamber housing the residents of Barstow, while Batman Jr. uncovers a mysterious UFO, each beginning to unravel the secrets behind the town’s strange disappearance. With Superman, Batman, John Wyatt, Linda, and Gar Orvan caught in the mystery, the line between reality and the unknown begins to blur.

When Robin’s college friend Luke Graham is violently blocked from entering a taxi, Robin arrives too late to stop the kidnappers. Though the chase is lost, Luke—despite being half-awake—recalls every detail of the getaway, his extraordinary memory offering a crucial lead.
