Meanwhile, Lana Lang finds her secret admirer, Wallace Gurkheim, growing increasingly bold in his quiet pursuit, while Superman, Jimmy Olsen, and Perry White navigate the mystery alongside the strange arrival of the alien.

In "Avec un seul pas!", Superman faces off against a newly reformed Brainiac, who has escaped with a powerful new form and begins assembling an alien army. As Earth's defenses strain, a mysterious gathering begins—long-lost heroes known as the Forgotten Heroes, including Jimmy Olsen, Perry White, Rip Hunter, Cave Carson, Dane Dorrance, Rick Flag, and Dolphin, slowly reemerge from the shadows.
