In a quiet corner of Metropolis, blind observer Philip Strick is determined to join the exclusive League of Superman Watchers, using a clever device to "see" the Man of Steel in ways others can't. When his neighbor Walter Perkins discovers the potential to uncover Superman’s secret identity through the data, he plots to sell the information to a dangerous criminal, putting both the League and Clark Kent himself in peril.
