Superman #11/1967
In "Mxyzptlks erster Streich," Superman temporarily takes over Perry White’s role at the Daily Planet to protect him from a dangerous stock swindler targeting the editor. When a bullet pierces the Planet's rooftop, Superman must reveal himself to stop the attack, while Perry White struggles to escape the Fortress of Solitude—where Superman had hidden him for safety. Art by Al Plastino and a cover by Curt Swan and Sheldon Moldoff bring this 1967 tale to life.
When the mischievous Mxyzptlk arrives on Earth, he quickly turns Superboy’s life upside down—literally, as he’s the one who’s turned the world’s colors backward. With the ghost of Jor-El appearing to demand Clark leave the planet, and the Kent family caught in the chaos, Superboy must outwit the prankster before the confusion becomes permanent.
When a diamond thief targets Perry White, Superman steps in to protect him—taking his place at the Planet's editorial desk. But when a bullet shatters the rooftop of the Daily Planet, Superman must reveal his true identity to save the day. With Perry White trapped in the Fortress of Solitude, Superman races to keep his friend safe while navigating a crisis that could expose his secret.
A traveling ballad singer arrives in Gotham City, weaving tales of the dynamic duo into a song that eerily predicts Batman and Robin’s next moves. As the performance stirs suspicion, the heroes find their usual tactics thrown off by the singer’s uncanny foresight—yet they soon realize the prophecy might be their greatest ally.
In "Superkrypta die Schildkröte," Super-Krypta takes a whimsical approach to staying fit—zooming through the sky and diving underground—only to accidentally tunnel straight into Fort Knox. Mistaking the gold bars for a crook’s hidden stash, he’s caught off guard by the sheer scale of his discovery.
