Supergirl #7

From the DC Universe Rebirth era comes Supergirl #7, featuring one of the more striking cover images of 2017: a massive, saber-toothed werewolf of Kryptonian origin looming over a defiant Kara, her red cape billowing as she pushes back against the creature's gaping jaws with fierce determination. Emanuela Lupacchino's cover work captures both the genuine menace of the beast — those glowing green eyes, those enormous fangs — and Supergirl's refusal to be intimidated, which says plenty about her character. With Steve Orlando writing and Matías Bergara on interior art, this "Werewolves of Krypton!" chapter is a fun, energetic addition to the Rebirth line.
