Supercat attempts to impress a girl named Myrtle by showing off his football skills, but a rival named Jocko interferes with his plans. In a separate story titled "A Tight Squeeze," Supercat encounters an old woman living in a shoe and learns about the shoestring business, ultimately deciding to help improve her circumstances by selling her a new shoelace.
