Superboy #11/1980
In "Der neue Superheld von Smallville," Traumforscher Joe Silver uses his dream machine to step into his younger self's body during his Smallville school days, taking on the guise of the cosmic-powered Astralad. With the help of his astral form, he attempts to rewrite his past and fix old mistakes—before his new persona becomes harder to control than he planned. Written by Cary Bates and illustrated by Kurt Schaffenberger, with inks by Dave Hunt and colors by Jerry Serpe, the cover by Ross Andru and Kurt Schaffenberger captures the surreal shift in identity.
