An anthology of crime and action stories. The first story involves a man named Vladim who holds a girl captive in a pit surrounded by flames, while another character named Yarko attempts a rescue. A second story features photographer Flash and his associate Andy uncovering a plot to distribute marijuana and cigarettes to college students; Flash helps authorities by photographing incriminating documents and working with the army to apprehend the dope ring's operators. A third story follows a character named Carter attempting to dismantle a drug-dealing operation, coordinating with police to arrest dealers at various locations including the Devlin Hotel.
