The merged Hydro-Man and Sandman grow into a huge mud monster. The monster then captures Sadie Frickett, a woman both men had a crush on. She is able to calm the beast down and even signs a deal to perform with him on stage. When the monster sees her kissing another man during the show, he goes berserk, breaks free, and captures Sadie. He then proceeds to climb up a tall building with her in hand. Helicopters buzz around him dousing him with gas causing him to fall to his 'death' on the streets below.
