Harvey's pint-sized superhero is in fine form in this 1976 outing, as the cover finds Super Richie and his caped butler Cadbury tumbling in a disoriented tangle — Richie insisting the small green robots below them are upside down, while Cadbury politely suggests the opposite may be true. It's a charming, comedic setup that perfectly captures the lighthearted tone of the series, and at 52 pages you're getting a genuinely generous helping of super-powered fun for just 35 cents.
