Hotfoot Hobo is about to be thrown out of town as a vagrant, until he lies to Chiefy and tells him he's working at the circus. To prove it, Hotfoot Hobo takes over the lion taming act. Hotfoot Hobo's so good with the lion's, the circus wants him to sign a performance contract but Hotfoot Hobo is already on the lam.
