The circus-owning Barlow brothers hire a former animal trainer to get aboard Clyde's cage car and wreak havoc. He manages to free a lioness and set the car on fire. The lioness mauls him as she escapes. Kessler, the former trainer, is taken to the hospital while Clyde and José search for the lioness. They find her and two new-born kittens. Kessler confesses to Clyde that he was hired by the Barlows. Clyde confronts the Barlows and warns them against anymore dirty tricks.
