Sun #179

Sun #179 is an anthology comic containing five picture stories. "Moko and Boko" depicts the comedic misadventures of two monkey characters as they encounter various mishaps and obstacles in a series of slapstick scenes. "Jak of the Jaguars on the Planet of Peril" follows Jak and his companions, who are imprisoned by Martians after their spacecraft crashes on Mars; they attempt escape while battling ant-like Martian creatures and a giant blind worm. "Sinbad the Sailor" shows Sinbad at sea pursuing the kidnapped Princess Shireen while being chased by the wicked Emir; a traitor aboard his ship sets fire to the sail, leading to a collision with the Emir's vessel and Sinbad's fall to the deck. The issue also includes "The Joker's Fun Page," a reader-submitted joke feature inviting contributions, and various other brief comics and illustrated content typical of the anthology format.
