The Wall has been possessed by an unknown threat who has mental control over all residents of Washington D.C., including everyone in the nation's government up to the President of the United States. Rick Flag and Amanda Waller break the Suicide Squad out from their new prisons and send them to take down the Wall. However the Wall is downloading all secret files from the Pentagon, including Waller's files on how to defeat the Squad.
