The "Drain the Swamp" arc reaches its conclusion here, and the cover by Jorge Jiménez makes an immediate statement: Hack crouches in fierce, dominant posture atop a prone, wide-eyed Harley Quinn being held face-up in shallow water, with explosions and smoke billowing in the fiery background. The tagline "Hack Attack!" says it all — these two are very much at odds, and the tension radiating from Jiménez's composition is palpable.
