"Sugar Bowl" is an anthology comic featuring multiple humorous stories centered on teenage characters and their misadventures. The visible stories include "Sugar Bowl," in which Stonewall, a reckless driver with no brakes, takes two teenagers on a wild ride to an ice house where they encounter criminals and must escape through the windows; a separate story about a group of delinquent "moderns juniors" who break windows and face juvenile court, where Judge Porter sentences them to spend two weeks with Mr. Goober; and another tale involving a quarantined house where characters attempt to sneak past authorities, leading to chaos and the news that one character's father has been jailed.
