Stray Dogs #3

Three wide-eyed dogs — a wary greyhound mix, a small schnauzer-type pup, and a spotted Dalmatian — peer over the edge of what looks like a dark pit, their expressions caught somewhere between fear and heartbreak. The deceptively storybook-warm art style by Trish Forstner makes that yawning, shadow-filled void below them all the more unsettling. Chapter 3, "Lie Down," promises another chapter of Stray Dogs doing what it does best: wrapping genuine dread in the visual language of a children's animated film.
