Strange Terrors #5 is an anthology horror comic featuring multiple stories. "The Lost Soul's Vengeance" depicts a graveyard ghoul that stalks at midnight, with spectters from the nether world and no escape from the pool of death. Another story involves an underground expedition where characters encounter a monstrous minotaur in a murky pool beneath the surface, with the group attempting to escape the labyrinth while one member, Carlo, disappears. A third story follows a Viking ship's crew who discover a stolen bride and crown, but find themselves caught in an avalanche triggered by a war cry, burying the settlement in the fjord. "Curse of the Chateau Rouge" follows a character who acquires cursed coins from a Louisiana plantation, hoping to profit from them while learning of their dark history.
