Strange Planets #15

This is an anthology issue containing two stories. "The Day That Saturn Struck!" depicts a massive alien craft attacking Earth, with a radio operator discovering something deadly in his room while investigating strange occurrences. "The World Below" follows a deep-sea diver named Howard who discovers an underwater civilization filled with gold and treasures, only to become trapped in the watery grave and desperate to escape. A second story appears to involve children named Rickie and Dickie playing with a game box that traps dimensional beings, with one child accidentally sent into space.
