In the boom town of Mesquite Gulch, Straight Arrow and his remarkable golden stallion Fury come to the aid of a pioneer wagon train under attack—and a young woman named Nancy whose tragic past has left her wary of Indians. When Straight Arrow offers to guide the caravan safely to Nevada, old suspicions flare, but Fury's keen senses and courage soon prove invaluable as the wagon train faces a series of deadly sabotages: poisoned supplies, a deliberate rockslide, and worse. As the deadline to claim their government land grows closer, Straight Arrow and Fury must uncover who is orchestrating these attacks and stop them before the pioneers are driven back—or destroyed.
