Straight Arrow pursues the villain Black Feather across the landscape, engaging in combat and confrontations as Black Feather attempts to escape with stolen mail, culminating in a final showdown where Straight Arrow commands his men to capture the criminal.
In "The Deathless One!", a cursed warrior known as Ensamma Falken, condemned to eternal life for a jealous betrayal, crosses paths with Hjortfot in the rugged frontier. When a group of Apache girls is stolen by Lipan raiders, the two men must join forces to rescue them, testing the limits of a man who has lived far too long.
In "Straight Arrow's Magic," Jo faces down a cunning trickster when the medicine man Grå Rök attempts to use his supposed magic to lure the traders known as "De högahattarna" to the village. When the traders arrive, their arrival brings more than goods—something hidden in their wagons threatens the peace of the camp.
Red Hawk arrives at the Mohawk village with a princess of the tribe, only to learn that Hiawatha has been slain by the treacherous Mingo warrior Pe-wa-datha—threatening to shatter the fragile peace among the Indian nations that Hiawatha championed. Determined to bring the killers to justice, Red Hawk disguises himself as Hiawatha's ghost to draw out the Mingoes and expose their hiding place. With the aid of his ally Bigfoot, Red Hawk engages the Mingoes in a fierce battle to capture those responsible for the great leader's death.
When Black Feather strikes again—this time raiding a mail coach carrying a crucial treaty meant to prevent war between the cavalry and an angry tribe—Straight Arrow must track the outlaw through treacherous swampland to stop a bloodbath before it starts. Racing against time and Black Feather's ruthless gang, Straight Arrow pursues his greatest enemy to a hidden island hideout, knowing that every moment counts if he's to deliver the treaty and avert disaster.
