Part of Marvel's 2014 "Death of Wolverine" crossover event, this fourth issue of Greg Pak and Victor Ibáñez's Storm series arrives with a cover by Stephanie Hans that stops you cold. Ororo lies in the rain, her white hair splayed and lightning crackling around her, cradled — or perhaps restrained — by a dark-clad figure looming above her, the emotional weight of grief and vulnerability unmistakable.
