After a valuable sapphire goes missing, three brothers each decide to venture into the French Foreign Legion so that each will appear to be guilty, rather than expose one of their brethren as the thief. The trio go into action in the deserts of North Africa and find themselves targeted by soldiers who have heard rumors that they're carrying the sapphire.
