Steve Roper #2

Steve Roper investigates a case involving Dr. Schwine, who has set an electric eye beam trap across his door to catch prowlers. After Steve discovers muddy footprints and deduces their size using a brick and ruler, Dr. Schwine is arrested for murder, but he escapes during transport, claiming he will never pay for his crime. Steve pursues the fugitive across a college campus, and Schwine is eventually captured. In a separate sequence, Steve attends a 7-11 Club gathering where a man named "Meatless" is found dead, leading Steve to investigate the circumstances surrounding the club member's demise.
