Steve and Happy wash ashore on a tropical plantation run by a belligerent little man and his beautiful, playful companion, over whom he is insanely jealous and protective. After leaving the plantation, Steve and Happy, along with the plantation owner's son Reed, land in Burma. There Reed runs afoul of a conniving local thief on the run from the police.
