Steed and Mrs. Peel #7

Mrs. Peel dominates the foreground of this 2013 Boom! Studios release, arms folded and wearing her signature black catsuit with calm, knowing confidence — while a chaotic scuffle unfolds in the background among uniformed figures in what looks like a warehouse or holding area. Joe Corroney's cover pencils and inks capture the series' spy-thriller atmosphere beautifully, balancing cool sophistication up front with rough-and-tumble action behind her. With Caleb Monroe writing and Yasmin Liang on art, issue #7 looks to be another stylish entry in this adaptation of the beloved British espionage duo.
