Static #36

The title says "Play Nice," but the cover of Static #36 makes that seem unlikely — a giant young woman cradles a tiny, action-posed Static in her palm while a cloaked figure looms in the background, the sheer scale of the image giving the whole thing an eerie, unsettling energy. Jeff Moore's cover art does a great job selling the threat through proportion alone, with Static looking genuinely out of his depth for once. A strong 1996 entry from DC's Milestone line that fans of the series won't want to skip.
