# Startling Comics #22 The Fighting Yank battles Nazi agents who have stolen Professor Clark's high-power transformer formula. Nazi strategists plan to raid America's Atlantic coast using a megawilde (a Nazi rendezvous ship) in the North Atlantic, with agents stationed to seize radio stations during a blackout. The villain Finko threatens to use a torture machine and a "radio death ray" unless the formula is revealed, but the Fighting Yank fights back, defeats the rogues, and recovers the stolen formula with the help of a woman in a red dress.
