The opening volume of this French Panini Comics collection kicks off Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters in style, with Boba Fett dominating the cover — armored, rifle in hand, standing atop what appears to be a ship's hull against a roaring fireball sky, a creature slung under one arm. Steve McNiven's cover art gives the galaxy's most feared bounty hunter an imposing, battle-worn presence that immediately sets the tone for the conflict ahead. At 16 EUR for this first of five tomes, it's a fine entry point into one of 2021's most ambitious Star Wars crossover stories.
