The penultimate chapter of this 2001 Dark Horse four-issue series finds a young Jedi in desperate straits — the cover, penciled by Pop Mhan and inked by Norman Lee, puts the padawan at a real disadvantage, grappling hand-to-hand with a cloaked, hooded figure while his ignited blue lightsaber arcs overhead in a moment of raw, physical struggle. The arena-like setting visible in the background adds a charged sense of spectacle to what is clearly a fight with very high stakes.
