Part of Marvel's 2023 Dark Droids crossover, this issue of Star Wars finds Lando Calrissian and Lobot in serious trouble — and the cover by Stephen Segovia makes the stakes unmistakably clear. A menacing EV-9D9, eyes glowing an unsettling purple, looms over both men with a staff-like weapon, yanking Lando down while Lobot recoils helplessly. It's a tense, well-composed scene that sets up "Tatooine Treason" with exactly the kind of droid-driven danger the Dark Droids event promises.
