Kirk's mind is in control of Fortress Maximus, creating Fortress Tiberius, a giant robot version of the USS Enterprise, who joins the Autobots to fight Megatron and the Decepticons who have allied with the Klingons. However Starscream has his own agenda and deserts the Decipticons to head to the Klingon homeworld which he intends to conquer.
