Star Trek: The Next Generation #68
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis 1995 DC issue takes a fairy-tale turn with "The Bajoran and the Beast," and the cover by penciler Peter Krause and inker Jerome Moore sets the mood beautifully — a Bajoran woman in a flowing white gown strides forward with fierce determination, a small weapon in hand, while a menacing cloaked figure with glowing eyes lurks behind her against a haunting twilight landscape. The storybook title treatment and dusky orange sun on the horizon give the whole composition an eerie, almost gothic atmosphere that feels right at home in the TNG universe. Michael Jan Friedman and Deryl Skelton bring their talents to the interior, promising the kind of imaginative storytelling that made this DC run a treat for Next Generation fans.
