Star Trek / Green Lantern #4
The crossover between Starfleet and the Green Lantern Corps heats up in this fourth chapter of "Stranger Worlds," brought to life on the cover by artist Angel Hernández and colorist Mark Roberts. Green Lantern stands front and center, ring blazing with emerald energy, shoulder-to-shoulder with a Starfleet captain gripping a phaser, while waves of Red Lanterns press in on both sides — and the looming, lightning-wreathed visage of a cold-eyed blue-skinned figure dominates the sky above them. It's a striking image that promises high stakes for both universes as this six-part DC/IDW co-production rolls on.

Hal, Kirk, and Spock confront Khan, who has used his Red Lantern powers to kill the crew of the USS Bryant. Khan and his Augments are winning the battle when Guy, John, and Kilowog arrive to turn the tide and Khan and his followers flee. With the green rings now totally out of power, the non-powered Lanterns and the Enterprise work with the Manhunters to get to Oa. Khan heads to Qo'nos to enlist the aid of the Klingons and encounters Larfleeze. Meanwhile Sinestro has arrived on Oa and finds the Guardians and the Central Power Battery, which he plans to use to help him conquer the universe.
