“A Wolf... In Cheap Clothing Part One”

The tension is unmistakable on the cover of this 1995 DC installment — a group of figures in civilian clothing move warily through what looks like a rough-and-tumble alien frontier town, while a looming Klingon warrior dominates the right foreground and a mohawked figure lurks at the left edge. Titled "Descent to Danger!" on the cover and leading into the story "A Wolf... In Cheap Clothing Part One," this issue promises intrigue among the stars with the crew apparently operating well outside their Starfleet uniforms. Cover art by Chris Wozniak, with interiors by the creative team of Weinstein, Ketchum, and Starr, makes this a nicely crafted entry in DC's long-running Trek series.
