“Motorbike Girl”

"Motorbike Girl" is a charming 1979 slice-of-life tale from Star Love Stories in Pictures #782, spotlighting Lori, a London department store employee whose quiet routine takes a playful turn when her family relocates. As her new manager assigns her to the local branch, she quickly draws attention from Derek, a coworker with a reputation for heartbreak—only to be baffled by her daily motorbike rides with different boys, unaware they’re her three brothers in a friendly rivalry. Jorge Badía Romero’s expressive artwork brings the story to life, capturing the warmth and humor of small-town dynamics with a touch of whimsy.
