“We, the People”

In "We, the People," John Byrne’s gripping narrative sees Stephanie Harrington, Dave Landers, and Jenny Swensen confronting the eerie paranormal duo Pinhead and Spotty, only to discover that Spotty’s true nature is far more deceptive than it seems. When the Star Brand’s wielder, Jacob Burnley, steps in to expose the illusion, he’s drawn into a deeper conspiracy involving President Voigt’s dangerous ambitions—leading to a high-stakes showdown at the White House that ends in Burnley’s apparent death… only for him to return three days later, changed. The issue’s bold storytelling and Byrne’s dynamic art, with Andréa Braun’s striking cover, deliver a powerful blend of supernatural tension and political intrigue.
