This issue contains two main stories. The first follows a white man who lands in a jungle village and is captured by native inhabitants; one native protects him from harm, and the man is eventually freed. The second story involves Karl, a character working with a Chief and Anton to obtain secret airplane plans; after Anton betrays them and is apprehended, Karl and the Chief escape with the plans via a hidden transport plane in a cave. A third story features Dynamite Crash and his friend being ambushed by hecklers, after which Crash is recruited as a fighter pilot by a man named Willy.

Drop Towers answers Professor Larson's urgent call for help in the frozen reaches of Tibet, where a dying guide brings news of the legendary Walrus Men—a towering, tusked race of primitive giants who've held the explorer Doctor Albert captive for two decades. When Drop and Larson reach the remote region, they're quickly captured and thrown into a dungeon where they discover Albert's fate and learn of a desperate escape route. Now Drop must use his wits and nerve to get himself, Larson, and whatever hope remains out of the Walrus Men's frozen stronghold.
