Spider-Punk: Arms Race #2

Spider-Punk faces an overwhelming mechanical threat in this second chapter of Arms Race, as the cover by Takashi Okazaki pits the spiky, punk-suited web-slinger against a massive, multi-eyed robotic behemoth bristling with glowing pink orbs — all while our hero clutches what appears to be a colorful cassette tape or handheld device, defiant to the last. The bold, high-contrast color work makes the confrontation feel suitably larger-than-life, with coiling serpentine machinery looming in the background for good measure. Cody Ziglar, Justin Mason, and Morry Hollowell keep this anarchic corner of the Marvel Universe firing on all cylinders in 2024.
